Your true gift…Who are you really?

Have you ever stopped and tired to understand the true gift you are given when you come onto this earth? You are given a perfect gift, your body! This special gift is your shelter, your unique beingness.

It is created with total knowledge and guided perfection, known as “Nature”. Every cell and molecule comes from the earth and environment, perfectly developed and integrated naturally. It is created without man made chemicals, artificial foods or unhealthy environments.

Your body has no expiration date, no freshness seal, it’s not processed with harmful chemicals, and it certainly doesn’t contain any genetically modified genes. Almost 99% of the mass of the human body is made up of six elements: oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, and phosphorus. Only about 0.85% is composed of another five elements: potassium, sulfur, sodium, chlorine, and magnesium. All 11 are necessary for life.

Did you know genetic engineers can pull a desired gene from virtually any living organism and insert it into virtually any other organism. They can put a rat gene into lettuce to make a plant that produces vitamin C or splice genes from the cecropia moth into apple plants, offering protection from fire blight, a bacterial disease that damages apples and pears. Think on this…do you want to infuse your perfect body with chemicals, genes from rats or other animals, man made artificial products that create resistance to the good bacteria’s that nature created in your body? You say NO, but how you keep the creation gift you were given is difficult today, when there are so many new and innovative things on the market.

The answer to How, is EAT CLEAN! Go back to the SIMPLE LIFE!


Avoid GMO, Round-up ready radiated, artificially dyed foods. Work towards Organic, fresh, local. Read all the labels of everything you put into your perfect body! If you don’t know what it is or can’t pronounce it….put it back on the shelf. GMO grains and other GMO products have no natural enzymes to break down the artifically altered foods, that, if not altered would naturally break down with your normal DNA.

Your meals should consist of 1/3 protein calories from animals and/or vegetable proteins (think grass fed beef, wild caught salmon, and free range NON GMO or Soy fed chicken) the health benefits of high quality protein consists of beef which contains high concentrations of Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) and is a great source of omega 3 fatty acids they also decrease your risk for cancer. CLA is a proven anti-carcinogen and can prevent cancer. They also help you build muscle mass. CLA increases lean tissue and may even be a treatment for obesity, and reduce inflammation. The high levels of omega-3 fatty acids in lean meat fight inflammation related to cardiovascular disease and arthritis. Vegetable proteins include eggs, nuts, legumes, pumpkin and squash seeds.

The second third of your plate should consist of Carbohydrates, from (think, sweet potatoes, whole grains made without gluten, rice, and vegetables, (leafy greens such as spinach, chard, red, green leaf and romaine lettuce, broccoli, and cabbage, brussell sprouts are another great vegetable. That’s because leafy vegetables are brimming with fiber along with vitamins, minerals, and plant-based substances that may help protect you from heart disease, diabetes, and perhaps even cancer.

The last 1/3 of your meal should include calories from healthy fats (think avocado, butter [yes butter is healthy when eaten in moderation], and coconut, olive and lard from grass fed, non hormone, non GMO fed pigs)
